Clava Wellie Tote Bag Orange Pink Stripe PVC Coated Cotton Canvas w/

Bag still has tag and strap for pouchette still has plastic on it. Exterior of bag has some small marks on it. Inside canvas has small beige dots/marks throughout, however their website claims that there may be dots on the canvas that should not be considered a defect. I am wondering if that's what this is. Either way, not visible on the outside. Measures 15" wide x 10.5" tall x 4" deep.
